Embrace joy
Eat light

Most, if not all, of the following are accessible to everyone so that we all can hold ourselves accountable for the energy we contribute and experience in solitude and in commune.
Embrace Joy.
Life is too short to be weighed down by worries. Instead, look for the joy and beauty in the world and make the most of it. Even if it's hard to find, it's important to keep a positive attitude and open your heart to the possibility of joy. Remember, you can always find something to be grateful for and seek out activities that bring you joy, like spending time with loved ones, listening to your favorite music, or exploring a new hobby. It’s also important to create a supportive environment for yourself and those around you, so that jo can spread. So, don’t be a buzzkill – find joy whenever, however, and wherever you can.
Eat Light.
No, not less, but quite literally, light. Eating a nutrient-dense, plant-based diet is an excellent way to fuel our bodies with the energy it needs to function optimally. Plant foods are full of essential vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants that can help support our body's organs and immune system. Eating more fruits, vegetables, legumes, nuts, and seeds can help provide our bodies with the nourishment it needs to stay healthy and energized. Additionally, since plants are able to absorb direct sunlight, they are also a great source of natural energy.
Stay Active.
Movement is a great way to stay healthy and energized, and it can also be a great form of self-care too. Doing something active each day, like going for a walk or a gym session, can help us stay in touch with our bodies and minds, and it can also help us break up any stagnant energy or blockages that we might be feeling. It's important to remember that it doesn't have to be anything complicated or extreme - just something that gets you out of the house and gets your heart rate up a bit. And, of course, don't forget to encourage others around you to do the same - it could be a great way to strengthen relationships and stay connected with the people in your life.
Be Generous.
Abundance is a wonderful mindset to have, and there are so many ways to practice generosity that don't have to involve money (although, it’s not necessary to shy away from monetary generosity). Not only can you donate clothes, food, and other essentials to a local charity, but there are also plenty of ways to give of yourself, too. You can be there for your loved ones, offering attentive listening and support. You can share your knowledge or skills with someone who might benefit from it. You can even give someone a free genuine compliment, which can go a long way in brightening someone's day. Practicing generosity and abundance in whatever form we can, even the smallest act of kindness, can have a huge impact.
Protect Your Energy.
It is important to protect and conserve your energy, as it is precious and should be used wisely. Setting firm boundaries is a great way to do this, and it can help to be mindful of your triggers so you can limit your exposure to negativity. It can also be helpful to stay present and practice self-care by taking breaks and engaging in other activities that raise your vibration. Additionally, be sure to not be overly generous with your energy, as it can lead to depletion. Taking care of yourself physically, mentally, and spiritually is a great way to protect your energy. Pay Off Your Karmic Debt.
It’s not the sexiest practice on our list, however, paying off your karmic debt can improve your life tremendously. If you’ve already begun the practice of generosity, you’re nearly halfway there. It starts with taking responsibility for your own actions and recognizing their consequences. It can be hard to face the effects that our actions have had on others, but it's an essential step in righting our wrongs. Apologies can be a great start, but sometimes more is needed. Depending on the situation, you may need to put in additional effort to fully address the consequences of your actions. This could include making financial restitution, volunteering your time, or even taking steps to address larger systemic issues. Ultimately, paying off your karmic debt requires a commitment to making amends and doing the hard work of making things right. You may also find practices such as fasting, meditation, and forgiveness effective in karmic debt alleviation too.
Practice Positive Assumption.
Setting yourself up, subconsciously, to expect the best is common practice in self-mastery. With this practice, more often than not, you’ll find that your experiences exceed your expectations, so set the bar high enough that you are genuinely wowed to the point of humility that this is your life. Practicing positive assumption is a great way to stay optimistic and motivated, and it is essential to help us focus on the good in our lives. Benefits of this practice range from reduced stressed and increased self-esteem to greater resilience, better decision-making and improved relationships. However, this is not to be misconstrued with spiritual bypassing. Raising one’s vibration requires an increase in self-awareness, too, so self-honesty is wholeheartedly encouraged.
